Everyone are confined to their houses wondering what could be done to utilise their empty time in the most useful way.
1. The first and foremost thing for parents to remember is that parents must first relax themselves when in too much pressure of work from home . Being under the pressure of work can cause stress irritation & tension in turn effecting the kids
2. Spending a good time with ur kids by avoiding gadgets and social media for a while at least, makes your child feel important and loved.
3. Playing indoor games with kids and family like UNO ,board games,quiz games,hide and seek,indoor sports etc. not just make spending time fun but also promote brain exercise and logical thinking/ reasoning ability with grasping new skills.
4.You can always help your child explore their interests and talents by involving them in cooking without fire sessions, having a painting or sketching competition with them, gardening, giving grooming lessons, also make time for a fun karaoke and dance time together.
5. Getting rid of work for some time and sitting idle along with your kids is also an ideal type of relaxation and the time where you could probably have the best conversations with your kids, by communicating efficiently , understanding them better of how they feel , reacts to certain situations, handle problems, joy, fear and any kind of emotion for instance as they grow
6. Communication is the key to better understanding this helping the parents have a better idea of their kids perspective on life as they grow , know their strengths and weakness.
These are the major basic issues faced by today’s parents thus the points mentioned above can be considered accordingly for parents as well as their children .
